Head Coach

A Level 4 CrossFit Coach, Karl has worked across the world helping people and organizations achieve their fitness goals. He’s coached military personnel, elite athletes, and everyday legends looking to level up. But more than that, Karl is passionate about making fitness fun, effective, and accessible—his coaching balances elite performance with a down-to-earth, real-world approach. Expect expert guidance, proper movement mechanics, and a bit of banter along the way.

THE WHAT – TRAINING OPTIONS

MOMENTUM FUNCTIONAL TRAINING (MFT)

A structured, coached session blending strength, endurance, and real-world functional fitness. With expert guidance, you can push at your own pace while developing functional strength and resilience. Expect a mix of bodyweight movements, resistance training, and interval work, designed to help you progress at your level and become stronger, fitter, and more capable.

RUCK CLUB

The Royal Deeside Ruck Club.

A community-driven rucking program designed for all fitness levels. Whether you want to explore the outdoors, carry some weight, or push your endurance, this group brings people together through movement and shared challenges. As part of our Pin Drop Club, some MRG sessions will be held at random locations, adding adventure and variety. Members will be notified through the client app, ensuring every session brings a new challenge.

Project Momentum is designed to be accessible while supporting veterans and community programs. Choose a pricing tier that suits you:

First session is FREE – Come try it out. No pressure, just movement and good vibes.

Daily Pass: Pay per session from £8, train when you can.

Memberships from £45: Get full access, accountability, and consistent progress.

Every membership helps fund veteran access, ensuring that those who need this the most can train for free or at reduced rates. Your training supports the community.

WHO ARE THE TIERS FOR?

Oak (Supporter) – Standard Rate
For those who can pay the full session rate, helping to sustain Project Momentum and support accessibility for others.

Beech (Contributor) – Reduced Rate
A slightly lower rate for those who need a bit of flexibility while still supporting the program.

Pine (Supportee) – Community Access Rate
A further reduced rate to keep sessions accessible for those on lower incomes or facing financial challenges.
